Hitting an afternoon slump?
This can come from a lot of things but most often it is because you are lacking hydration and nutrients.
If you have only eaten a bagel and few bites of a granola bar, your body is tired. There is no fuel for energy. Focus on checking off 3 servings of protein from your tracker by 3pm. It will help!
Another main cause- dehydration! The number one sign is fatigue!
My tip- grab an apple or banana and drink some water! Tomorrow, focus on a high protein breakfast!
