Buffalo Chicken Dip

Got a case of the Sunday munchies?


I threw together this Buffalo chicken dip today and the macros are good! Grab some celery, carrots or 1 serving tortilla chips and you got a protein snack!


You could also put this in a wrap! It was good warm and cold!!


Just add water or milk for consistency!




I forgot to add the 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce!! It adds 1.5 carbs!
